Invite People
Section titled “Invite People”- Select Invite user.
- Enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas or new lines.
- Choose a Role.
- Select Send invites.
Each person gets an email with a sign-in link. Addresses with a plus sign (+) aren’t accepted.
Manage a User
Section titled “Manage a User”Hover a row to see its actions:
| Status | Actions |
|---|---|
| Pending | Edit, Activate, Re-invite (sends the invitation again) |
| Active | Edit, Block |
| Blocked | Edit, Activate, Delete |
Edit changes the person’s role. Activate, Block and Delete ask you to confirm first.
Two limits keep the account safe:
- You can’t change your own user.
- The account owner can’t be edited, blocked or deleted.
An Admin can’t be changed straight to Reader, and a Reader can’t be changed straight to Admin. Change the role to User first.
